My argument there wasnt to try take away their rights to make the game or that it leads to real rape. I just thought the developers themselves need to make more responsible decisions about whats appropriate, and that it makes gaming look bad. I dont like the Idea of exclusive DLC, or overpriced crap. But I have a choice. I really dont buy DLC much but I think things like the Fallout DLC or the oblivion shivering Isles are some pretty Good DLC that I may buy someday.

Ive been playing cs since 1.2 to the present. The original CS was a free mod for Half-life. It was created using the tools taht came with the original HL. Meaning you had to have half-life to play the mod. After valve bought CS they released CS as a stand alone disk(for about 20$) that didnt need HL to work. I had HL already but bought the disk because I only had a 56k modem back in the day and didnt want to wait days for it to DL.

VALVE reinvented the FPS genre with Half-life(my favorite game with Deus EX). I dont understand why people dont understand that VALVE is a PC developer, and only made a few console games for some quick cash. They dont care about consoles and they shouldn't. Its a pretty short game too. Im pretty sure taht me and a buddy beat the SNES version on hard in 22 min of game time. But it is really fun and I have played through it countless times.

Outa what Ive played so far Id say dead space. I didnt really find it scary at all but the deaths were so gruesome that it made you not wanna die. Like when the last boss chomped you to pieces or when the little octopus looking thing would pop off your head and take over your body.
